In this respect, it seemed that in the prevailing mentality, the Gospel is likely to be reduced to a code of moral behavior, while it is above all the proclamation of the love of the Father, which is expressed and made available to all in the person of Jesus died and rose again. Who accepts this faith in the gospel was communicated the gift of the Spirit and reconciled life. The voice of Paul (Rom 11, 32) has proclaimed that God has consigned all men in sin (and therefore we identify as a community of sinners), but all had mercy (and therefore we know we are a community of reconciliation). The same voice that tells us who rely on the streets of the Act would impotence of the flesh (Rom 8: 1-8). On the other hand, the gospel of the Kingdom preached by Jesus makes us ask to be freed from evil and therefore makes us attentive to this shadow of death above us.
The reduction of the Gospel to the code of ethics covers this paradoxical truth and demeans the plight of believers. Instead, only remaining in the full breadth and depth of the gospel, you can talk to ourselves, our brothers and sisters in and out of the visible church, to experience together with all the liberating power of the Gospel. As
May 16 last year, this invitation is not to exclude anyone, nor community or individuals, but all those who share our concerns will be welcome guests or not by strangers but as fellow citizens of the city of saints. And, with the proven method, which is what the Synod, each or one of you is invited / or respond to this letter, to express their evaluation of the Church of today with respect to the subject and to suggest directions for the speakers. Your actions will be communicated to all those who signed our original manifest and who attended the previous meeting, in addition to being taken seriously by those who introduce a sharing of ideas.
