How nice to get up on a Saturday morning and have scheduled expenditure and relax - Pssss ... Today, among other things is the first day of summer! - It was a bit 'I could not for a ride to the market, so here: peaches, nectarines, green beans, basil, mint ..... acccc feta and barley ... I miss ... I run to the market ...... here you go ... .. but that bellle .... I almost stopped to buy ....

200 g barley or wheat that baked-cooks in less time-
For the pesto:
50 g of basil
50 g 50 g grain

extra virgin olive oil 1 sprig of mint
1 / 2 clove of garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt;
200g of blanched beans
100 g Greek feta

Boil the wheat / barley for about 10 minuti.Scolate and let raffreddare.In a food processor place the basil, mint, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic and salt, blending to make a couple of minutes.
Season wheat / barley with pesto, chopped green beans and crumbled feta.
