Lo scorso 24 maggio, nell'auditorium Spazio Reale di S.Donnino, il Cardinale Antonelli incontrava i firmatari della "Lettera alla Chiesa fiorentina", un documento che proponeva alcune riflessioni critiche sulla vita ecclesiale. Proseguendo nel cammino di ascolto e riflessione, il Cardinale Ennio Antonelli invita i fedeli ad una nuova riflessione sul tema della laicità che si svolgerà, sempre a S.Donnino, lunedì 10 Dicembre alle 21 . Dopo una breve introduzione di don Giovanni Momigli, direttore dell'Ufficio diocesano di Pastorale Sociale, i partecipanti sono invitati ad esprimere liberamente il proprio pensiero sulla questione; il Cardinale Antonelli concluderà le riflessioni.

Vi lascio l'appunto di una ricetta semplice e veloce, l'insalata greca che, al contrario dell'insalata detta russa, con la Grecia c'entra eccome.
Dosi per 4 persone
250 g di feta greca
2 cetrioli
4 cipolloti freschi
200 g di olive greche (in alternativa quelle taggiasche sono buone)
1 peperone verde
4 pomodori ( s.marzano)
olio e.v.o
sale
origano
La feta andrebbe tagliata in cubetti ma, visto che vi si sbriciolerà tra coltello e tagliere, fate che sbriciorarla da principio con le mani. Pulite e tagliate in cubetti : i cetrioli, il peperone and tomatoes. Chop onions and add the olives. Add salt, "oiled" and sprinkle with oregano. Mix together and refrigerate before serving.

1 tuorlo
Versate il latte e la panna in una scodella, mescolate. Aggiungete il cacao setacciato, gli araretti sriciolati grossolanamente, le uova e il rum.
Con una frusta da cucina, amalgate gli ingredienti senza montare il composto. Lasciate riposare per 20 minuti a temperatura ambiente.Riempite le monoporzioni fino a un dito sotto il bordo.
Riscaltate il forno e portatelo alla temperatura di 170 gradi.
Posate su una placca le cocottine, mettetela in forno e riempitene il fondo con un dito scarso di acqua fredda.
Cuocete per circa 45 minuti.
Lasciate raffreddare e mettete in frigo.

Biscotti di riso alla rosa
Ho ripreso questa ricetta da un vecchio numero di "D", questo per sfruttare il mio sciroppo di rose.La ricetta ha un pocedimento molto semplice e veloce.
La base della ricetta prevede l'uso della farina di riso, nonchè una piccola dose di farina 00.Se siete intolleranti al glutine potete tranquillamente omettere quest'ultima e godervi queste chicche. Avrete bisogno di:
60 g di zucchero a velo
225 g di burro ammorbidito
1 tuorlo
250 di farina di riso
1 cucchiaio di sciroppo alla rosa
60 g di farina 00
la punta di un cucchiaino da caffè di lievito per dolci
Montate il burro con lo zucchero a velo.Unite il tuorlo, lo sciroppo di rose, la farina di riso, la farina 00 e il lievito.Lavorate finchè otterrete una pasta omogenea.Avvolgetela e mettetela in frigo per 20 minuti.
Dividete la pasta in pal line della grandezza di una noce e disponetele, ben distanziate tra loro su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.
Schi acciate leggermente le palline al centro con una for chetta
Cuocete in forno già caldo (170 gradi) per circa 15-20 minuti.

Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e l'olio.Aggiungere progressivamente le zucchine e le mele, il cioccolato tritato, il cacao(setacciato) le noci, la farina e il sale.Mescolare e incorporare delicatamente il lievito e il bicarbonato.Versare l'impasto in formine piccole da muffin. Cuocere in forno caldo ( 180 gradi) per circa 15 minuti.
